The information about the final exams in the autumn semester of the academic year 2021/22 is the follows at Károly Róbert Campus, Gyöngyös:
The theses only need to be uploaded to Neptun system, it does not have to be submitted in printed version in the autumn semester of 2021/22 academic year.

Detailed information on each trainings
All Bachelor trainings:
- Registration/cancellation for Final Examination: 1st October – 18th October 2021, 12:00
Please register for the Final examination, even if you are not sure you will participate, but you see the chance to complete all of your study and exam obligations in the fall semester.
Conditions of registering for the Final exam:
- active or absolute legal relationship (obtaining the pre-degree certificate)
- students do not have any remaining debt (library debt).
- Final examination period’s name: KROC Gyöngyösi képzések záróvizsga jelentkezési időszaka (december) 2021/22/1
- Final examination period: starts on 1st December 2021 and ends on 17th December 2021.
The exact exam day and committee assignment of each student takes place 1-2 weeks before the Final examination.
- Deadline of uploading thesis in Neptun: 25th October 2021. (Monday) 12.00.
- Deadline of late-uploading thesis in Neptun: 2nd November 2021. (Tuesday) 12.00.
10.000 HUF amount need to be paid together with the late upload.
- Deadline of Pre-degree certificate (absolute – all of the study and exam oblligations are completed): 19th November 2021.
- Graduation ceremony (depending on the pandemic emergency): Between 2nd January 2022 – 15th February 2022 (according to management decision)
All Master trainings:
- Registration/cancellation for Final Examination: 1st October -15th November 2021, 12.00.

- Deadline of late-uploading thesis/portfolio in Neptun: 30th November 2021. (Thuesday) 12.00.

- Deadline of Pre-degree certificate (absolute – all of the study and exam oblligations are completed): 19th November 2021.
- Graduation ceremony (depending on the pandemic emergency): Between 2nd January 2022 – 15th February 2022 (according to management decision)
Conditions of participate of the Final exam:
- obtaining the pre-degree certificate,
- submission the thesis/portfolio and its officially acceptance,
- students do not have any remaining debt (tuition fee, library debt, other debt, inventory items)
I would like to inform you that according to Section 97 (3) of the Study and Examination Regulations: In the case of students start their studies in the 2012/13. academic year or after that year, the Final examination can be taken after obtaining the pre-degree certificate or within 5 calendar years after the termination of the legal relationship. After the expiration of the 5th year, it is no longer possible to participate on Final examination.I would like to inform you that according to Section 97 (4) of the Study and Examination Regulations:
In the case of students start their studies before the 2012/13. academic year, the Final examination can be taken after obtaining the pre-degree certificate, and after the termination of the legal relationship without any deadline, in any examination period, regarding the valid training and outcome requirements.
